The Committees

CITPA’s priority is to have paper and board converters concerns specifically addressed by its main working groups:

  • The Product Safety Committee
  • The Environment Committee
  • The Social Affairs Committee

CITPA`s objectives are to:

Ensure that EU public policy and legislation in the environmental, product safety and economic and social fields contribute effectively and efficiently to the sustainability and competitiveness of the European paper and paperboard converting industries;
Contribute to the recognition of the sector’s commitment to sustainable development through resource protection, continuous environmental improvements within the value chain and efficient and effective recovery and recycling of its products at the end of their life cycle.
